Kind of sweet and spicy , this dish will never fail to impress you ... and it goes well with steamed rice on a COLD day .

Ingredients
  • 1 small Romaine lettuce or Boston Lettuce , leaves separated
  • 8 pcs White Fish fillet
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 4 slices young ginger root
  • 1 big red chilli , sliced thick ( remove some of the seeds if u wann )
  • 1 big onion quartered
  • 1 tomato quartered ( Optional )
  • 2 thick slices pineapple ( diced )
  • 1 tbsp sambal
  • 1 tsp sweet sauce ( optional )

Directions
  1. Pat dry the fish fillet and duat them with some flour .
  2. Fry and set aside .
  3. Stir fry the chilli , onion and ginger slices .
  4. Add the tomato , sambal and pineapple chunks .
  5. Mix in the leaves .
  6. Add the fish fillet and the sauce .
  7. Serve HOT .
