How to make it

  • Pat dry the fish fillet and duat them with some flour .
  • Fry and set aside .
  • Stir fry the chilli , onion and ginger slices .
  • Add the tomato , sambal and pineapple chunks .
  • Mix in the leaves .
  • Add the fish fillet and the sauce .
  • Serve HOT .
