Sambal Stirfried Fish Fillet

- 1 small romaine lettuce or boston lettuce , leaves separated shopping list
- 8 pcs white fish fillet shopping list
- 1 tbsp flour shopping list
- 4 slices young ginger root shopping list
- 1 big red chilli , sliced thick ( remove some of the seeds if u wann ) shopping list
- 1 big onion quartered shopping list
- 1 tomato quartered ( Optional ) shopping list
- 2 thick slices pineapple ( diced ) shopping list
- 1 tbsp sambal shopping list
- 1 tsp sweet sauce ( optional ) shopping list
How to make it
- Pat dry the fish fillet and duat them with some flour .
- Fry and set aside .
- Stir fry the chilli , onion and ginger slices .
- Add the tomato , sambal and pineapple chunks .
- Mix in the leaves .
- Add the fish fillet and the sauce .
- Serve HOT .
