I am not a fan of Spam but this is really good.

Ingredients
  • 6 hard cooked eggs
  • 3 stalks of celery chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 can of Spam chopped
  • 1 pound of Velveeta cubed
  • 4 TBS mayo
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 4 TBS cider vinegar
  • Semi-hard rolls

Directions
  1. Chop eggs, celery, onion, Spam and cheese and put in a bowl
  2. Stir the sugar into the mayo and add the vinegar
  3. Add dressing to the mixture
  4. Spoon into rolls
  5. Wrap with foil
  6. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
