How to make it

  • In a large bowl
  • Add 4 cans solid white tuna (drained and crushed)
  • Add Fresh squeezed lime juice from 2 limes
  • Add 1 tsp salt
  • Add 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • Add 1 to 2 Thai chili peppers or Serrano peppers (if you don't like spicy, leave it out)
  • Add 2 tbsp chopped fresh galanga or ginger root
  • Add ½ medium red onion (sliced thin)
  • Add 2 green onions (chopped)
  • add 1 small bunch cilantro (chopped)
  • Add ¼ cup fresh roasted peanuts
  • mix all ingredients thoroughly
  • Cut up Iceberg Lettuce in wedges
  • Serve on a plate
  • add red pepper for garnish
