How to make it

  • Whisk together Italian dressing, pepper, garlic & salt
  • Bring water to boil, blanch asparagus until cooked (about 10 minutes), place in cold water so stop cooking, drain
  • Arrange on platter & drizzle with dressing
  • Sprinkle with cheese & red pepper flakes
  • Serve at room temperature or chilled
