Italian Asparagus

- 1 bunch asparagus shopping list
- 1 t garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 cup Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 t pepper shopping list
- pinch of sea salt shopping list
- fresh grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 t crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together Italian dressing, pepper, garlic & salt
- Bring water to boil, blanch asparagus until cooked (about 10 minutes), place in cold water so stop cooking, drain
- Arrange on platter & drizzle with dressing
- Sprinkle with cheese & red pepper flakes
- Serve at room temperature or chilled
