How to make it

  • -Preheat oven to 350
  • -In a medium bowl, mix artichoke, mayo, 1 cup of parmesan, cream cheese, and green chile peppers. Scoop into a pie pan or medium shallow baking pan. Top with remaining parmesan.
  • -Bake 25 min.'s or until bubbly and slightly browned. Serve warm.
  • Serve with crackers or thin sliced squares of bread such as pumpernickel.
