Yummy Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 6.5 oz. jar marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 C. Mayo
  • 1 1/2 C. grated Parmesan
  • 1 8 oz. package Cream Cheese
  • 1 4 oz. can chopped Green Chile Peppers

Directions
  1. -Preheat oven to 350
  2. -In a medium bowl, mix artichoke, mayo, 1 cup of parmesan, cream cheese, and green chile peppers. Scoop into a pie pan or medium shallow baking pan. Top with remaining parmesan.
  3. -Bake 25 min.'s or until bubbly and slightly browned. Serve warm.
  4. Serve with crackers or thin sliced squares of bread such as pumpernickel.
