Yummy Artichoke Dip

- 1 6.5 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered shopping list
- 1 C. Mayo shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. grated Parmesan shopping list
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese shopping list
- 1 4 oz. can chopped Green Chile peppers shopping list
How to make it
- -Preheat oven to 350
- -In a medium bowl, mix artichoke, mayo, 1 cup of parmesan, cream cheese, and green chile peppers. Scoop into a pie pan or medium shallow baking pan. Top with remaining parmesan.
- -Bake 25 min.'s or until bubbly and slightly browned. Serve warm.
- Serve with crackers or thin sliced squares of bread such as pumpernickel.
