How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate about 15 min.'s
  • Heat large non-stick skillet to medium and coat with non-stick spray or a little oil. (I tried this in a cast iron skillet and they fell apart. Must use non-stick and handle gently)
  • Scoop tuna mixture with an ice cream scoop and flatten gently in pan (makes about 12)
  • Cook each side about 4 minutes until crispy browned.

    Now that's a different take on the tuna cake - this will be a "must try" on our menu...I'm liking the sounds of the flavors very much!
