Tuna Cakes

- 2- 6 oz. cans tuna drained and flaked shopping list
- 1- 6 oz. package stuffing mix (dry from package, uncooked) shopping list
- 1 C. shredded cheddar shopping list
- 1/3 C. mayo shopping list
- 3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 3/4 C. water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate about 15 min.'s
- Heat large non-stick skillet to medium and coat with non-stick spray or a little oil. (I tried this in a cast iron skillet and they fell apart. Must use non-stick and handle gently)
- Scoop tuna mixture with an ice cream scoop and flatten gently in pan (makes about 12)
- Cook each side about 4 minutes until crispy browned.
