Ingredients
  • 2- 6 oz. cans tuna drained and flaked
  • 1- 6 oz. package stuffing mix (dry from package, uncooked)
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar
  • 1/3 C. mayo
  • 3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 3/4 C. water

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate about 15 min.'s
  2. Heat large non-stick skillet to medium and coat with non-stick spray or a little oil. (I tried this in a cast iron skillet and they fell apart. Must use non-stick and handle gently)
  3. Scoop tuna mixture with an ice cream scoop and flatten gently in pan (makes about 12)
  4. Cook each side about 4 minutes until crispy browned.
