- 6 eggs shopping list
- 500ml (17 fl oz) milk shopping list
- 60g (2oz) caster sugar shopping list
- 15 slices of Brioche shopping list
- clarified butter or vegetable oil for frying shopping list
- Soft fruit berries, plums or peaches shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk in the milk and sugar
- Dip the slices of Brioche into the mixture, allowing them to soak it up
- Put the slices into the frying pan and fry until golden
- Serve with soft fruit, like berries, plums or peaches
