How to make it

  • Reserve 1 peach for garnishing then peel peaches and cut into quarters.
  • Drop into mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons flour.
  • Turn into baking dish then mix remaining sugar and flour.
  • Cut in butter to crumb consistency then sprinkle crumbs over peaches.
  • Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
