Sweet Potato Yum

A must have at Thanksgiving!
Ingredients
- 2 cups grated raw sweet potatoes shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 stick margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Cream margarine and sugar. Add milk and eggs.
- Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Spread in casserole dish.
- Bake at 30* for 1 hour.
