Rum Raisin Cheddar Spread

- 8 ounces finely grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 3 tablespoons rum, your choice shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Soak raisins in rum for 1 hour.
- Blend cheese together.
- Stir in raisins.
- Refrigerate several hours to blend.
- Serve at room temperature on dark pumpernickel or apple slices.
