it's a spicy but yummy soup.

Ingredients
  • chicken(about 4 cups)
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 4 10 oz cans of rotel tomatoes and green chiles
  • 4 14.5 oz cans of chicken broth
  • 1 30oz can or rosarita refried beans
  • shredded cheese
  • tortilla chips

Directions
  1. boil chicken and shred and put aside
  2. in a large pot add chicken broth, beans, corn,tomatoes and chiles and let it come to a boil.
  3. then add shredded chicken and cook for about 15 mins
  4. serve with cheese and tortiall chips
