Creamed vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups hot cooked or canned vegetables, drained
Directions
- Melt butter; blend in flour and dash salt.
- Add milk all at once.
- Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly; pour over vegetables.
- Serves 4.
