Awesome. I obtained this recipe from an estate sale several years ago. I tried it right after obtaining it and now make it for all dinner and card parties we throw. It's also highly requested at potlucks so I make this often. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 10 ounces chopped spinach cooked and well drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2-1/2 ounce jar dried beef shredded
  • 3 tablespoons green onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 3/4 cup roasted pecans

Directions
  1. After spinach is cooked and well drained place in towel and squeeze dry.
  2. Set spinach aside.
  3. In medium size mixing bowl soften cream cheese.
  4. When creamy stir in sour cream then add dried beef that has been rinsed in warm water and drained.
  5. When well blended add remaining ingredients.
