Ingredients
  • 2 Cups chopped Chicken Breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrot
  • 1 Can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Wine
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms

Directions
  1. Brown Chicken Pieces
  2. Add Onion Garlic & Carrots
  3. Cook 3 minutes
  4. Place in Casserole Dish & add Mushroom soup and Wine
  5. Bake at 300 for 1 hour
  6. Cover With Mushrooms when done ( if desired )
