Snowshoe Chicken

- half a cup of maple syrup shopping list
- one fourth cup water shopping list
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- half a teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1 crushed garlic clove shopping list
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl mix together the first 5 ingredients until combined. This is the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Refrigerate the chicken and marinade for 2-4 hours , turning every 30 minutes so that both sides get coated with marinade
- When you are ready to cook the chicken place the chicken breasts in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until it is done.
- eat.
