How to make it

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in small bowl then set aside.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat until hot.
  • Add carrots, peas, onions and garlic then cook and stir 5 minutes.
  • Add rice and soy sauce mixture then stir until well blended and heat thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
