How to make it

  • Mix together biscuit crumbs and butter until combined, press mixture over base and sides of a spring form pan 8 3/4 inch and chill
  • To make filling
  • Blend or process cream cheese with caster sugar, flour, vanilla, and eggs until smooth
  • Divide mixture into 2 bowls, quickly mixing the melted chocolate and cocoa into one of the bowls
  • Pour the plain mixture onto the biscuit crust
  • Pour the chocolate mixture onto the plain batter and gently swirl mixture together with a spatula to create a marble pattern
  • Bake cheesecake in a moderate oven 400 degrees f. for 1 1/4 hour
  • Set aside to cool to room temp
  • Chill cheesecake and decorate with a dollop of whipped cream on top prior to serving .
  • Note from Tink ;….I made a raspberry sauce for mine and it was delicious ………….you could also try a lemon curd it would be great too………my friend tried it and said it was delicious with it
  • Serves 8
