Came up with this recipe one night and am asked to make all the time. Hope you enjoy too!

Ingredients
  • 2 split chicken breasts
  • 3 thighs
  • 3 legs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Salt, Pepper, Parsely, Paprika, Tumeric
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2-3 cloves garlics, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup uncooked converted rice (not Minute)
  • 1/4 cup uncooked orzo macroni
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • butter

Directions
  1. Mix together, flour, salt, pepper, paprika & tumeric.
  2. Coat chicken in flour mixture and brown in heated olive oil. Remove to plate.
  3. Saute in olive oil: onion & garlic
  4. In a casserole pan, place uncooked rice & macaroni, chicken and onion mixture.
  5. Pour over chicken mixture in pan, broth, wine, water, salt & pepper and butter
  6. Cook at 375-400 covered for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
  7. Enjoy!!
