How to make it

  • Melt the butter and cook the mushrooms until they are cooked but not too soft. Stir the sweet corn with the mushrooms
  • Add the mixture to the white sauce season s/p and stock powder and then place the filling into each pancake.
  • Dot each one with oil or butter, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven
