Make some pancakes and fill with this delicious filling... "save some pancakes for dessert" fill with jam and craem

Ingredients
  • Pancakes
  • 1 ½ oz butter
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Creamed corn
  • 1 teaspoon vegeta or stock cube
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • s/p
  • Grated cheese

Directions
  1. Melt the butter and cook the mushrooms until they are cooked but not too soft. Stir the sweet corn with the mushrooms
  2. Add the mixture to the white sauce season s/p and stock powder and then place the filling into each pancake.
  3. Dot each one with oil or butter, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven
