Pancakes with sweet corn and mushroom filling

- Pancakes shopping list
- 1 ½ oz butter shopping list
- mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- creamed corn shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vegeta or stock cube shopping list
- 2 cups white sauce shopping list
- s/p shopping list
- Grated cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the butter and cook the mushrooms until they are cooked but not too soft. Stir the sweet corn with the mushrooms
- Add the mixture to the white sauce season s/p and stock powder and then place the filling into each pancake.
- Dot each one with oil or butter, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven
