Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites at room temperature
  • 1 cup castor sugar (granulated)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavour
  • Strawberries
  • Pineapple
  • Bannana
  • kiwi fruit
  • Whipped cream

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 140 degrees C a cool oven, if pav starts changing colour during cookin turn it down a bit more
  2. With an electric mixer beat the egg whites until soft peaks form then gradually add the sugar a tablespoon at a time beating constantly
  3. till all sugar used and eggw hite is very stiff and glosssy .
  4. Add the cornflour, vinegar and vanilla and fold through
  5. When combined turn out into a flat tray that has been greased and dusted with cornflour
  6. Make a circular shape buiding up at the sides so that it may be served by placing fruit in the centre when cooked
  7. Cook in a pre-heated, cool oven for one hour dont let get brown it must stay white.
  8. When cooked turn the oven off leave the oven door slightly open and allow to cool slowly in the oven to dry out more
  9. Chop fresh fruit bannans(with a squueze of lemon juice to stop discoulouring ) strawberries and chopped pineapple and place in center of Pavlova top with whipped cream and finish with kiwi fruit or strawberrys to decorate
