This is a very quick and easy dessert.... good on a hot sultry day. Plus its good for you...
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries shopping list
- 1 cup raspberries shopping list
- 1 cup sliced mangoes shopping list
- 1 cup sliced nectarines shopping list
- Almond Creme: shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- toasted slivered almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Toss fruit together.
- Put into 4 individual serving dishes
- Dollop almond cream on top with slivered almonds as the garnish.
- This is a guilt free dessert...
