This is a very quick and easy dessert.... good on a hot sultry day. Plus its good for you...

Ingredients
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced mangoes
  • 1 cup sliced nectarines
  • Almond Creme:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • Toasted slivered almonds

Directions
  1. Toss fruit together.
  2. Put into 4 individual serving dishes
  3. Dollop almond cream on top with slivered almonds as the garnish.
  4. This is a guilt free dessert...
