Ingredients
- 4 nice plump pork chops 1" to 11/4"
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- salt an pepper to taste
- flour
Directions
- salt and pepper chops
- roll in flour, brown in hot oil, drain off oil and add soup and 2 cans of water. cook over low heat till chops are tender and gravy is thick
- about 1 hour
- you can sneak in a little creole seasoning...
