Cream of Hearts of Palm

- 1 can hearts of palm drained shopping list
- 2 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 3 teaspoons flour shopping list
- 1 large egg yolk shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix chicken stock, flour and egg yolk.
- Cut hearts of palm into rounds then pour stock over palm and stir.
- Place mixture in large saucepan then add water and cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
- Gradually add yogurt then season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Gawd, this sounds good. My wife and I love heart of palm and bake bread often. This sounds great for the football season and the holidays which we prefer to spend at home with eachother. Thank you, chefmeow!
