How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine potatoes, meal, starch, onion, egg whites, pepper and salt then knead together.
  • Divide dough into 6 balls and flatten each then divide broccoli evenly onto each circle.
  • Fold over and press edges to seal.
  • Generously coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Arrange knishes in a single layer and place baking sheet on bottom rack of oven.
  • Bake 15 minutes on each side then serve hot.
