Salmon with Horseradish Cream

- 1/2 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 4 teaspoons drained prepared horseradish shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives shopping list
- 2 salmon steaks shopping list
- Whole fresh chives shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then lightly oil a glass pie plate
- Combine yogurt, horseradish and chives in small bowl then season with salt and pepper.
- Season salmon lightly with salt and pepper.
- Spread 1 tablespoon yogurt mixture over each salmon steak.
- Arrange salmon in prepared dish then bake salmon 18 minutes and transfer to plate.
- Garnish with chives and serve with remaining sauce.
