Ingredients
  • 8 oz dried mango finely cut
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condenesed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 2/3 cup nuts finely chopped
  • mix mango,coconut and milk
  • shape into 15 1 inch balls approx 1 inch thick
  • roll on the crushed nuts and let stand till firm

These sound great.. I always have bags of dried fruit on hand... and dried mango is one of them... will try ver soon... I'm printing out the recipe right now.... this is a five in my book.
