This is a recipe for those of you who eat gluten free.Use it to coat meat,thicken gravy and soup.

Ingredients
  • 2c white rice flour
  • 2/3c potato starch flour
  • 1/3c tapioca flour

Directions
  1. In a small bowl,combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container in cool dry place for up to 1 year.
