WASHINGTON ALMOND CHOCOLATE SPREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cabrera Estate in Malakoff, Texas in 1986.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. Spread on toast or muffins.
