Wyoming Chicken Salad With A Twist

- 6 ounce package corkscrew macaroni shopping list
- 3 cups cooked chicken shopping list
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard shopping list
- 1 medium white onion chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup ripe olive wedges shopping list
- 1 cup diced cucumbers shopping list
- 1 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- Cook macaroni following package directions.
- Mix cooked chicken and Italian dressing with hot macaroni then cool.
- Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard.
- Stir in chopped onions, olives, cucumbers, celery and pepper.
- Add to macaroni mixture then season with salt and mix well.
- Chill 2 or more hours to blend flavor then serve in lettuce cups.
