Wyoming Sweet and Spicy Steaks

- 4 well trimmed bones beef chuck top blade steaks shopping list
- 1/2 cup prepared chunky salsa shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl combine sauce ingredients and mix well then reserve 1/2 cup sauce.
- Place steaks on grid over medium ash covered coals then grill uncovered 22 minutes.
- Turn occasionally and brush both sides with remaining sauce during last 5 minutes.
- Trim fat from steaks then serve with reserved sauce.
