Wyoming Sweet And Spicy Steaks Recipe
WYOMING SWEET AND SPICY STEAKS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Shiley Estate in The Colony, Texas in 1988.

Ingredients
  • 4 well trimmed bones beef chuck top blade steaks
  • 1/2 cup prepared chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

Directions
  1. In small bowl combine sauce ingredients and mix well then reserve 1/2 cup sauce.
  2. Place steaks on grid over medium ash covered coals then grill uncovered 22 minutes.
  3. Turn occasionally and brush both sides with remaining sauce during last 5 minutes.
  4. Trim fat from steaks then serve with reserved sauce.
