Vegetable Pizza w veggie crust

- 3 c grated raw zucchini or shopping list
- 3 cup cooked spaghetti squash shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 2 1/2 c mozarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup provalone cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup Fontina cheese shopping list
- 1/2 grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup chopped green onion shopping list
- 1 small bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup mushrooms shopping list
- 1 tomato sliced shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1tsp dried basil shopping list
- 1-2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. squeeze out excess moisture from zucchini or squash with paper towels. Mix squash, eggs and 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella together and press into bottom of pie pan. Bake 10-15 minutes shopping list
- remove pan from oven shopping list
- layer veggies sprinkle with oregano and basil shopping list
- drizzle with oil shopping list
- add all cheeses shopping list
- bake 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and turning a little brown in spots shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
