How to make it

  • Grease your pan or line with foil.
  • Pour cherry pie filling into the bottom of your pan.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix onto top of the cherries.
  • Then cut the stick of butter into small pieces lining the edges and the middle of the cake mix.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Note you can use any pie filling that suits your fancy!

    Thank you, I would love to try the almond flavoring in this but it seems everyone i know is allergic to almonds. Since it's the flavoring would it still create the allergic reaction? I know some things are weird like that.

    YUM, the only thing different I would do is add some almond flavoring to the cherry pie filling before putting it in the bottom of the pan. You have my 5, sounds great.
