This is still a differient kind of broccoli casserole. Serves 8 to 10.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1/3 cup rich round crackers, crushed (about 10)

Directions
  1. In a saucepan melt butter; blend in flour and cheeses.
  2. Add milk; cook and stir till mixture boils.
  3. Stir in broccoli.
  4. Place in a 1 quart casserole; top with cracker crumbes.
  5. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes.
  6. Serves 8 to 10.
