- 4 egg yolks(Farm Fresh) shopping list
- 1 Whole egg(Farm Fresh) shopping list
- 1/3 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1/3 Cup Nice Italian wine(marsala) shopping list
- Dash of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg yolks,whole egg at high speed until thick and lemon in color.
- Beat in wine and salt,at low speed.
- Pour into double boiler.
- Cook ,stirring constantly until slightly thickened,about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
- Very nice in crystal stemware.
