How to make it

  • Beat egg yolks,whole egg at high speed until thick and lemon in color.
  • Beat in wine and salt,at low speed.
  • Pour into double boiler.
  • Cook ,stirring constantly until slightly thickened,about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
  • Very nice in crystal stemware.
