  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 8 medium carrots, coarsely shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • snipped parsley

Directions
  1. Melt 3 tablespoons butter or margarine in a skillet.
  2. Add 8 medium carrots, coarsely shredded.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  4. Cover and cook just till tender, about 5 to 8 minutes.
  5. Top with snipped parsley.
