Boneless Buffalo Fingers

- 1lb chicken breast shopping list
- 1 cup of flour shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup of milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of cayanne pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 sticks butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce ( I used Chalula) shopping list
- olive oil for cooking shopping list
How to make it
- Cut chicken into pieces
- mix together dry ingredients in separate bowl
- mix egg and milk in a seperate bowl
- dip chicken in egg mixture then
- dip into flour mixture
- Heat olive oil in frying pan and cook chicken through
- it should be browned on outside.
- after chicken is cooked put aside and I used the same pan just dump out excess oil add the butter and hot sauce once this is hot add chicken back to pan and make sure it is well coated.
