Boneless Buffalo Fingers Recipe

I was looking for a boneless buffalo wing recipe and could not find one, So this is what I came up with. Please keep in mind I never measure anything so adjust the measurements to your liking....

Ingredients
- 1lb chicken breast
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of cayanne pepper
- 2 tablespoons of old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 and 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce ( I used Chalula)
- olive oil for cooking
Directions
- Cut chicken into pieces
- mix together dry ingredients in separate bowl
- mix egg and milk in a seperate bowl
- dip chicken in egg mixture then
- dip into flour mixture
- Heat olive oil in frying pan and cook chicken through
- it should be browned on outside.
- after chicken is cooked put aside and I used the same pan just dump out excess oil add the butter and hot sauce once this is hot add chicken back to pan and make sure it is well coated.

I wouldn't have thought to use Old Bay. but it sonds like it would totally work!! Definitely trying these soon.
