Apple Cranberry Crumble Pie Recipe

Ingredients

6 cups tart apples, peeled, cored & sliced

1 1/4 cups fresh cranberries

2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ginger

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1/3 cup sugar

2/3 cup flour

6 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions

Mix together apples, cranberries, butter, sugar, flour, numeg, ginger, cinnamon & cloves and pour into prepared single pie crust.

Mix topping ingredients (1/3 cup sugar, 2/3 cup flour and 6 T butter) together so that the mixture crumbles. Put topping on top of fruit in crust.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
