Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (11 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, if desired
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick®
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Generously grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
  3. Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
  4. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
  5. Stir Bisquick and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly.
  6. Spread beef mixture over batter.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake 30 minutes.
