Vegetable Beef Soup

- 1-2 lbs chuck roast or stew beef shopping list
- Bag of favorite frozen veggies or mixture of favorite fresh veggies chopped shopping list
- can of tomato sauce or small can of brown gravy shopping list
- water shopping list
- meat seasonings you prefer - I use season salt and black pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp cornstarch if turning into stew shopping list
How to make it
- If using roast - cut into cubes (cut off excess fat)
- Brown roast or stew beef with seasonings
- drain if needed
- add veggies
- add can of tomato sauce or brown gravy
- add water to just above the meat and veggies
- cook at med high until boil
- turn down to simmer
- if turning into stew add cornstarch (mixing in well) 30 minutes prior to serving.
