How to make it

  • If using roast - cut into cubes (cut off excess fat)
  • Brown roast or stew beef with seasonings
  • drain if needed
  • add veggies
  • add can of tomato sauce or brown gravy
  • add water to just above the meat and veggies
  • cook at med high until boil
  • turn down to simmer
  • if turning into stew add cornstarch (mixing in well) 30 minutes prior to serving.
