How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except steak in small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Place steak on grid over medium coals then grill 20 minutes turning once.
  • Brush cooked side frequently with sauce.
  • Carve steak into thin slices and serve with remaining sauce.
