I love ordering this at local restaurants! It's so easy and quick to make and tastes great with mashed potatoes and a veggie!

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets
- 6 slices of well crisped bacon
- 1 cup mixture of cheddar and monterey jack cheese
- 8 tablespoons barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Spary a non-stick skillet and cook chicken until it is browned and cooked through.
- Place chicken on a foil lined cookie sheet; top each piece with 2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce, 1 1/2 strips of bacon, and 1/4 of the cheese mixture.
- Broil until the cheese is melted.
- Top with cold tomatoes and serve.

Hey tina,chefzipp here from ladylake,fl. i have another idea you may like on your chicken. after cooking chicken instead of bbq sauce, add honey dijon mustard, saute'ed mushrooms your jack cheese and bacon. broil until melted. great with garlic mashed and asparagas. take care.
