Moroccan Halibut

- 1 small-med halibut fillet shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- Pinch of coriander, ground shopping list
- Pinch of cardamom, crushed shopping list
- 3-4 green peppercorns, crushed shopping list
- Pinch of sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Put the halibut into an oven-safe dish and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle just a little lemon juice around the fillets in the dish and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt onto the fillets.
- Crush a pinch of cardamom seeds and 3-4 green peppercorns with a mortar and pestle and dust the fish with those and a pinch of ground coriander.
- Cover the dish with foil or an oven-safe lid and bake until just opaque – about 10-15 minutes for one small fillet.
