BUTTER PECAN COOKIES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gee Estate in Quinlan, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 1 box butter pecan cake mix
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 packages dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 then mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put teaspoon full of mixture 2” apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes then allow to cool.
