Curry Coin Cookies

- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons curry shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and incorporate well.
- Sift remaining dry ingredients then add to mixture and combine then stir in nuts.
- Divide dough into 4 rolls and wrap each in waxed paper then freeze.
- Slice into 1/4" slices while frozen and place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes then allow to cool 2 minutes on baking sheet.
- Remove to racks and cool.
