Nut Horns

NUT HORNS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Garza Estate in Royse City, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cups or more flour shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons milk shopping list
- Some sugar for rolling dough shopping list
How to make it
- Mix butter, cream cheese and flour into a dough then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Roll out cold dough into little rounds.
- Combine filling ingredients and place on dough then roll into cigar shape.
- Roll cookies in granulated sugar then bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until browned.
