How to make it

  • Mix crust ingredients until crumbly using pastry blender or fingers.
  • Press firmly into rectangular ban then bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  • Beat all filling ingredients except pecans until well blended then stir in pecans.
  • Pour over hot crust then bake 25 minutes then cool completely and cut into bars.
