How to make it

  • Take the meat in a wide bowl.
  • Add ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped curry leaves, , salt grated ginger and lemon rind,1 tsp of mustard oil , ½ tsp cumin powder, and marinate preferably for overnite or at least for 4 hours
  • Cut the onions in to rings
  • Slit the green chilli
  • Grease an oven proof baking dish .
  • Place a layer of onion rings.
  • Transfer the marinated meat to the bed of onion rings in the baking dish.
  • Preheat the oven to 300c and cook the meat till its cooked.
  • It took 45 mins when I cooked,
  • When its taken out from the oven dried rosemary and thyme is sprinkled over.
  • A flavor full roasted dish is ready.
