Ingredients

2 lbs stew meat

4 yo 5 potatoes

6 carrots

1 cup chopped celery

1 large can of tomatoes

1 small can of peas

5 onions chopped

4 tbl taioca

1 tea sugar

1 bay leaf

salt and pepper

Directions

combine all in a large roaster and cover

bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours
