Chicken with Dilly Ham Sauce

- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese divided shopping list
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooked ham julienned shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed shopping list
How to make it
- In shallow dish combine bread crumbs and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese then set aside.
- Pound each chicken breast to 1/4" thickness and brush both sides with mustard.
- Coat evenly with crumb mixture then place in greased rectangular baking pan.
- Bake uncovered at 425 for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a saucepan sauté ham in butter for 2 minutes.
- Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly then add cream, dill and remaining parmesan.
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly then spoon over chicken.
