How to make it

  • In small bowl mix coconut milk, chili powder, coriander, turmeric and salt.
  • In medium sauté pan heat oil over medium heat.
  • Add onion, cinnamon stick and cumin seeds then sauté until onions are soft.
  • Stir in tomatoes, peas and coconut milk then reduce heat and simmer until peas are tender.
